The Organisers are excited to announce that the location for the Building Regional Australia Summit is Nambucca Heads on the Mid-North Coast of New South Wales. This area has been chosen as it is exactly halfway between Sydney and Brisbane and readily accessible from the northern half of the state, the Hunter Valley and the entire north coast. Regular and frequent air services from Coffs Harbour allow easy access if driving is not practical.
The Summit will be held from the 26-28 April 2017 and decision makers from around New South Wales will gather to examine a number of major issues facing country and regional areas to create a platform to draw attention to non-metropolitan, country, coastal and regional Australia – the engine room of the nation.
The theme for the Summit is Setting the Agenda for Jobs, Growth and Prosperity and is designed to bring together communities to listen to experts in various fields, who will provide information on how to access new markets in the digital age and learn how agriculture can be the powerhouse to provide new prosperity in country and regional New South Wales.
